Dear Neighbors,
As we approach Martin Luther King Jr. Day this coming Monday, we honor Dr. King’s enduring legacy of service, justice, and equality. His call to action reminds us that each of us has a role to play in creating positive change in our communities. This day is a great opportunity for us to come together and give back, continuing the work Dr. King began to foster unity and progress.
In addition to reflecting on Dr. King’s legacy, I’d like to take a moment to share some important updates that coincide with this time of year. As we move through mid-January, there are several opportunities available, including the Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program, new career openings, scholarships for college students, and more.
As always, please let me know if you have any questions or concerns regarding state government. You may do so simply by replying to this email, or by calling my office at (215) 323-6997.
