Happy New Year! Read on for more on grant announcements, state services, and more

Dear Neighbor,

As we approach the New Year, I want to wish you a happy, healthy, and hopeful 2026. May the year ahead bring peace, joy, and new opportunities for you and your family. As we close out the year, I’d also like to share updates on new grant funding awarded in our district, important reminders about state services that may benefit you or your neighbors, and a preview of upcoming events in 2026.

Investing in Safety and Infrastructure in Aston Township

I’m pleased to share that Aston Township has been awarded $399,460 in state funding through Pennsylvania’s Multimodal Transportation Fund to support critical safety and infrastructure improvements in our community. This investment will fund a new signalized intersection at Dutton Mill Road and Pancoast Avenue, as well as the installation of an emergency preemption system at the Aston Township Fire Department.

Projects like this strengthen our local economy, improve mobility, and enhance safety for everyone who lives, works, and travels through our community. I’m proud to support funding that delivers tangible, practical improvements that make a real difference in our daily lives.
