Report a road or highway issue

It's important to me that the roads our community depends on every day are safe, clean, and reliable. If you know of an issue with a state road or highway, please let my staff and I know by filling out this form. We will make sure that PennDOT is aware of the situation so they can schedule a fix as soon as possible.

Concerns you can report include:

Potholes
Drainage issues causing flooding
Guiderail damage
Overgrown brush
Faded paint lines
Crumbling pavement
Damaged shoulder, curb, or barrier
Sign needed to indicate dangerous conditions in winter
