Thank you to everyone who joined us at our Electronics Recycling and Shredding Event. Your participation, patience, and enthusiasm helped make the day incredibly impactful. Together, we filled four full-sized moving trucks with recycled electronics, shredded 7,440 pounds of documents, and collected 584.43 pounds of food, all of which was donated to Manna on Main Street. In addition, our team transported four SUVs full of broken-down boxes and trash back to our offices for proper disposal.
I also want to extend my sincere apologies to those who waited in line but were ultimately unable to have their items collected. Due to the overwhelming turnout and volume of materials, our trucks reached capacity earlier than anticipated. This challenge was intensified when the company originally scheduled to handle our e-waste did not arrive. We were fortunate that Junkluggers stepped in on extremely short notice to help us continue serving as many attendees as possible.
Although the event was scheduled from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Ritchers Shredding generously stayed past 1 p.m. to ensure that everyone who made it onto campus by noon was assisted. Our final Junkluggers truck did not leave the lot until 4:38 p.m., a testament to the dedication of everyone involved.
I am deeply grateful to our office staff for their hard work, flexibility, and commitment throughout the day. I also want to thank the outstanding team at Temple University Ambler for hosting us and for their support in managing such a busy and fast-moving event.
Again, we appreciate your patience, your generosity, and your continued partnership in making events like this possible. We look forward to serving you again soon.

North Penn School District Orchestra Concert at the Capitol
While in Harrisburg, I had the pleasure of stopping by to hear an incredibly talented group of students from Pennbrook Middle School and Pennfield Middle School perform in recognition of Music In Our Schools Month.
Sixteen ninth grade orchestra students filled the East Wing with beautiful music during the lunch hour, and they were absolutely amazing. Their talent, dedication, and confidence were so impressive to see. It was truly special to watch these young musicians represent their schools and our community with such pride.
Moments like this are a wonderful reminder of how important arts education is for our students. Thank you to the teachers, families, and supporters who help nurture these talents and make opportunities like this possible. I was so glad I could stop by and cheer them on.
