Senator Comitta and I played a vital role in helping Paoli Hospital secure state funds to improve their facilities and expand the ER. Paoli Hospital is invaluable to our community: from providing critical healthcare to jobs. They show up for our community every day.

This month I was able to tour the updated facilities and see our state funds in action! The ER at Paoli Hospital sees over 52,000 people annually and is such a keystone to our community. I am so glad to be able to help them expand and continue to grow!

Saturday, October 4th we will be holding our annual shredding event. This year we will be holding a basic needs collection for Mitzvah Circle. Some items they need: dental hygiene products, deodorant/antiperspirant, flushable toilet wipes, menstrual hygiene products.

Come meet and chat with me about the issues that matter to you. I am holding a morning Coffee & Conversation on Tuesday, October 14th at Tredyffrin Library. If you cannot make it in the morning, join me in the evening at our District Office. Come see our new space and let us help you with state services.

Our Veterans Breakfast will be held at Phoenixville Country Club on Wednesday, November 5th. RSVP for you and a guest by October 29th.

Crystron, an energy-focused start up, was awarded a $300,000 grant from the Pennsylvania State Department of Environmental Protection.

I celebrated this achievement with them earlier this month and spent time learning about their ongoing development of a novel method to create cathodes for lithium-ion batteries. This method will create a more sustainable practice of producing these batteries. Crystron recently set up a development lab in Chesterbrook and I cannot wait to see what more they accomplish.

This month we are highlighting how my office can help you with Pennsylvania State Unclaimed Property. Whether you have a check that's been lost in the mail or never made it to you the Pennsylvania Treasury just might have it. Earlier this year House Bill 1189 made it easier for YOU to get back what's yours!

My office has been reaching out to those in our district that have unclaimed property over $1,000. If you get a call, email, or postcard from us, know that this is NOT a scam. Likewise, you could check if you have unclaimed property by visiting PATreasury.gov/unclaimed-property and searching your name.
