HELP MAKE PENNSYLVANIA ROADS SAFER

PennDOT wants to hear from you about traffic safety and driving behaviors through its online Highway Safety Survey.

 

Your input will help guide safety programs across the Commonwealth—covering topics like seat belt use, distracted or impaired driving, speeding, and bicycle, pedestrian, and motorcycle safety.

The survey should take about five minutes to complete and all responses are completely anonymous. You can submit your responses here.

 

GROW PA SCHOLARSHIP GRANT

The Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) is now accepting applications for the Grow PA Grant Program for the 2026–27 school year.

 

If you’re a student who’s pursuing a career in a high-demand field and ready to work in Pennsylvania after graduation, you could receive $5,000 to help pay for school. This grant may be renewed for up to four years.

 

There are over 460 eligible programs of study or majors that lead to in-demand occupations in a variety of fields, such as agriculture, business, education, computer science, STEM, nursing, allied health, and criminal justice.

ART TO RAISE AWARENESS ABOUT TICKS

The Pennsylvania Department of Health wants to showcase the creativity of PA students! Kids in grades 1-6 can enter the 2026 Student Lyme Art Contest with a poster or a short video to help spread awareness about ticks and Lyme Disease.
