I had the pleasure of meeting with other Pennsylvania legislators as well as Governor Shapiro and Lieutenant Governor Davis to sign into law an Executive Order which will open up new opportunities for small businesses and small, diverse businesses and improve state procurement practices. This will result in an increase in the number of businesses that will qualify as “small businesses” and allow these businesses to compete for government contracts and become Commonwealth vendors.
