I’m happy to report that the House last week approved my bill — on a bipartisan vote — to modernize state liquor laws by allowing businesses with liquor licenses to serve kegged cocktails on tap, just like beer. This bill is designed to help businesses offer popular new products while also making their operations easier.

Pennsylvania will hold municipal and judicial elections on November 4, so it’s time to consider how to make your voice heard. First, make sure you’re registered—you have until October 20.
