Steele announces $332,536 awarded for local fire companies, EMS
Rep. Mandy Steele February 11, 2025 | 10:35 AM
CHESWICK, Feb. 11 – State Rep. Mandy Steele, D-Allegheny, announced that the Office of the State Fire Commissioner awarded $332,536 in funding to fire companies and emergency medical services providers in the 33rd Legislative District.
“This funding helps ensure emergency responders have the resources needed to respond to emergencies,” Steele said. “These funds are especially important, considering there is a shortage of firefighters and EMS providers. I continue to advocate for funding to provide assistance to emergency responders so that our communities remain safe.”
