Veterans take note: As my way of thanking you and helping you learn about services available to you, I will once again host a Veterans’ Dinner. It will be Wednesday, November 5, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Springdale Veterans Association.

Veterans should RSVP by 4:30 p.m. today by calling my office at 724-826-5151 or filling out this form.

The menu will include baked skinless chicken, roast beef au jus, penne with tomato sauce, dill-and-onion roasted potatoes, Italian vegetable medley, garden salad, rolls with butter, cheesecake, and beverages including coffee, tea, water, and soft drinks.

I’m proud to share that I’ve received the Legislator Of The Year award from Hunters United for Sunday Hunting! This is a true honor because this impressive group worked tirelessly for many years on behalf of Pennsylvania’s hunters. Their work was instrumental in getting the archaic prohibition on Sunday hunting lifted. My bill to lift the ban became law because of the work they did before me. I will continue to be a major advocate for hunting in PA and will continue to rely on my HUSH friends for guidance and advice. I want to thank them and let everyone know I will proudly display this award!
