Munroe announces $178,500 in state funds for Forest Glen Pump Station #2

WARMINSTER, Jan. 22 — Today, state Rep. Brian Munroe, D-Bucks, announced a $178,500 investment in the maintenance of Forest Glen Pump Station #2 in Bucks County.

The project is funded by the Commonwealth Financing Authority’s PA Small Water and Sewer Program and will support an emergency backup generator for the pump station.

“Keeping our pump stations operational at all times is essential for an efficient and effective sanitary sewer service,” said Munroe. “I am committed to ensuring our communities see the infrastructure maintenance and upgrades needed for our towns to thrive.”

The Commonwealth Financing Authority was established in 2004 as an independent agency to administer Pennsylvania’s economic stimulus programs.
