Art, Collaboration, and Community in Northwest Reading
On Friday, I participated in the Lauer’s Park Neighborhood Roundtable at Goggleworks Center for the Arts.
I’m proud to support the goals of the Lauer’s Park Neighborhood Plan, which align with many of the initiatives I’m moving forward—safer streets, quality housing, better transportation, strong local institutions, and vibrant public spaces.
Collective efforts like this leads to lasting impact and meaningful change in our community. Hearing directly from residents and organizations was inspiring and guides our ongoing work in Northwest Reading.
We also celebrated the ribbon cutting of the Thorn Alley Stage, the newest addition to the GoggleWorks Art Park. I encourage everyone to visit and enjoy the arts and culture it brings to our city.

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month
I stand with survivors and support collaborative efforts among local organizations, law enforcement, and social services to provide safety, resources, and hope.
Together, we can raise awareness, promote prevention, and ensure survivors have the support they need to heal and thrive. If you or someone you know is in danger, please reach out to local resources for help.
