Khan's affordable housing funding moves through Housing and Community Development Committee

Rep. Tarik Khan talks about his legislation to increase funding for affordable housing by $10 million, which was approved in the Housing & Community Development Committee. Khan says that this would not require any tax increases as it will be used from funds that are already collected through the real estate transfer tax.
