Pa. state Rep. Tarik Khan spoke with Auditor General Tim DeFoor about his department's audit of cyber charter schools. Outdated Pa. laws allow cyber charter schools to drain hundreds of millions of dollars out of public school budgets while they build large cash reserves and bear little accountability to their students or taxpayers.
