Tarik Khan vows to make this year's state budget reflect a commitment to ensuring ALL kids, regardless of their ZIP code, have access to an excellent education. Khan questioned PA Dept. of Education Sec. Rowe about the impact of last year's historic school funding and what is needed going forward.
