Khan Backs Bill to Give Free Books to Kids

Pa. state Rep. Tarik Khan discusses the benefits of delivering books every month to kids up to 5 years old. This program, inspired by Dolly Parton was introduced by Rep. Liz Hanbidge and co-sponsored by Khan and includes a public-private partnership that helps offset the costs to PA families.
