The Cannabis Health & Safety Act – House Bill 1200 – got support from Democrats and Republicans when it passed the House of Representatives and now it’s time for this bill to pass the Senate and become law.

The Cannabis Health & Safety Act not only generates billions of dollars in revenue, it creates jobs, protects communities, and keeps cannabis out of the hands of kids.
