Rep. Nancy Guenst September 1, 2026 | 10:20 AM
HUNTINGDON VALLEY, Sept. 1 – State Rep. Nancy Guenst today announced that a $50,000 state grant has been awarded to help redesign Huntingdon Valley Library.
“I am pleased to see the state investing in Huntingdon Valley Library as it looks toward the future,” Guenst said. “Our libraries are essential community resources, providing residents with access to books, technology, educational programs and so much more. This funding will help the library take an important first step toward creating a space that can better serve our community for years to come.”
Guenst said the grant, awarded through the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, will support the library’s efforts to engage an architect and develop preliminary plans for its proposed redesign.
