PA state Rep. Jared Solomon's bill that would give communities the means to address issues like trash and neglect is now moving to the Senate for consideration. The new legislation would require out-of-state landlords to provide contact information to hold them accountable for blighted properties. Solomon says holding absentee landlords responsible is vital to improving the quality of life in Pennsylvania!
