The House Majority Policy Committee will convene a hearing on Tuesday, March 31 at 10 a.m. to discuss private equity’s impact on firefighting, hosted by Rep. Jennifer O/Mara (D-Delaware). The hearing will feature testimony from local fire departments, professional firefighters, and others about how private equity is impacting vehicle and apparatus supply for both volunteer and professional firefighters. It will take place at the Springfield Fire Company, 217 Saxer Ave., Springfield, PA 19064, and will also be livestreamed here.
