Hearing: Acetaminophen & Autism: Sorting Fact from Fear

Following claims made by the federal administration linking acetaminophen use during pregnancy to an increased risk of autism, the House Majority Policy Committee will convene a hearing on Tuesday, Sept. 30 at 9:30 a.m. to gather evidence-based testimony from medical professionals and scientific experts about these claims.

The hearing will be hosted by Rep. Abigail Salisbury (D-Allegheny), who chairs the Pennsylvania Autism Caucus and is the first person with autism to hold this position. The hearing will take place in Roon 205 Ryan Office Building, part of the PA Capitol Complex.

The hearing will also be livestreamed here.
