HARRISBURG, May 5 – Workers, state lawmakers and union leaders rallied for the General Assembly to finally raise the minimum wage in Pennsylvania. Green has authored a bill, H.B. 1150, that would raise the minimum wage to $15 on Jan. 1, 2026. She hosted a House Majority Policy Committee on the issue before the rally. The state House passed a bill to raise the minimum wage during the 2023-24 session, but the bill did not receive a vote in the Senate.
