Madden: Victims Deserve Their Day in Court

Speaking on the House floor on Friday, Feb. 24, Pa. state Rep. Maureen Madden lauded the efforts of Speaker Rozzi and Rep. Gregory to champion legislation that gives hope and opportunity for victims and survivors of child sexual abuse to achieve justice.
