“Today’s Commonwealth Court ruling is another victory for women and the freedom to make our own health care decisions. While access to reproductive care is at risk across the country, here in the commonwealth the court recognized that the Pennsylvania Constitution guarantees a fundamental right to reproductive autonomy including abortion care,” Speaker Joanna McClinton said.
