State Rep. Mary Isaacson brings home $3.3M to the district

State Rep. Mary Isaacson, D-Phila., has continued her support for community projects by securing $3.3 million in state funding for her district.

The amount of $750,000 will be awarded to KPG-MCG Curtis Tenant LLC for renovations in the Curtis Building Life Science Redevelopment. This project will transform currently vacant space into first-class laboratory research space, plus include work on the HVAC and electric throughout the building.

Nerd Street Gamers Inc. received $550,000 for construction of a state-of-the-art esports training room, sound stages for broadcast and back-office support. It will also support construction, electrical and HVAC throughout the building.

Two million dollars was secured for Roman Catholic High School for its Vision of Promise campus extension. This funding will provide for a new fieldhouse for sports events and a community fitness center.

“I will never stop working to bring home state funding to invest in the district,” Isaacson said. “Investments in these three projects are investments in the communities and future of not only my legislative district, but Philadelphia as a whole.”
