This is our first ever “Intern Edition” E-Newsletter – highlighting the accomplishments of our 2025 Interns. We tasked each intern with creating projects that would provide information on various state resources. We wanted to share what they created so that our constituents can utilize the great information they compiled. We are so proud of all their hard work and wish them the best in their future endeavors!

Liya was our intern in the Spring of 2025. At the time of her internship, she was a senior at Lower Moreland High School and is now in her freshman year at the University of Pennsylvania studying Biology. She researched and designed a flyer that showcases a demographic profile of our district.

Essam came to us while dually enrolled at Eastern Center for Arts & Technology in Willow Grove and Jenkintown High School in Jenkintown. He was here during the Spring of 2025. He graduated in June of 2025 and headed to Montgomery County Community College to study Business. Essam made a flyer that encompasses all of our office services.

Taylor returned for a second Summer to intern for my office. We loved having her here again to help with events and constituent services in the office. She recently received her Master's in Public Administration from West Chester University. Taylor created an informative flyer to help constituents identify where to go for help. It details which services are state services (which my office can assist with), and which services are municipal, county, or federal.

Lawson joined our team this Summer. He currently attends the University of Pennsylvania where he will be a sophomore studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. Lawson developed a flyer that illustrates all of the Montgomery County ROW Offices. It highlights what each office can do for you, as well as their contact information. While the ROW offices can be confusing, this graphic helps in making the content concise and user-friendly.

Yuki interned with us over Summer 2025. She is a rising Junior at Lower Moreland High School and was very excited to get some real government experience as a high schooler. Yuki made several different flyers for us while she was here. We want to highlight the work she did on creating a state park and Valley Forge Park info page.

We are incredibly thankful for the hard work of all our interns, and we wish them the best of luck in their schooling. We hope that you will find these flyers useful for what our office can do for you, what assistance is available, and what Montgomery County has to offer!
