Pa. state Rep.-elect Roni Green rolls up her sleeves to help the Metropolitan Area Neighborhood Nutrition Alliance (MANNA) bring proper nutrition to those in need. Green says that food insecurity and lack of access to healthy foods is a big problem, especially in Black and brown neighborhoods where rates of diabetes and heart disease are high. She looks forward to working with MANNA to provide better health outcomes through better nutrition.
