Gov. Corbett, flanked by Vicki Pizzullo and Rep. Cruz, signs H.B. 1654. The 'Hope for Hannah' legislation takes effect in mid-December and adds Krabbe Disease and five other Lysosomal Storage Disorders to the list of genetic diseases that hospitals must screen newborns for in Pennsylvania.
