PA Legislative Latino Caucus Chair Rep. Johanny Cepeda-Freytiz welcomed her House and Senate colleagues to the Capitol Rotunda to honor the contributions of Latinos and Hispanics in the Commonwealth. A recent House resolution names Sept. 15 to Oct. 15, 2025 as Hispanic Heritage Month in PA. Cepeda-Freytiz says that this month is about more than celebration - it's about spreading equity, opportunity and belonging to every corner of the state.
