Governor Shapiro delivered his 2026-2027 budget proposal last week. His plan addresses what matters most to Pennsylvania families: making everyday life more affordable, creating good jobs, investing in education, and supporting economic development — all without raising taxes.
I look forward to working through the budget process in the coming months. I'm confident we can deliver a final plan that strengthens our schools, suports working families, and builds a more affordable future for all Pennsylvanians.

Always in service,
Rep. Andre D. Carroll

On January 22nd, I visited Johnson Adult Center. Their mission is to empower seniors to live their best full life. They have plenty of resources and opportunities for seniors to enjoy their time there. They are still in their building phase, so I hope that with our support, they can look forward to opening soon! Thank you for opening your doors and allowing me to see what is to come!

On February 10th, I held a Fraud Seminar at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. This seminar was geared toward informing people about the many scams they may receive. We do this to make sure they are informed and are always aware that my office is here to help! We partnered with Archwell Health to show some of the options available at their facilities as we approach their grand opening! If you want to know how you can set up a senior fraud seminar from our office, please, give my office a call at 215.849.6592.
