Young: Mitigating Severe Weather Damage

Pa. state Rep. Regina Young attended a House Democratic Policy Committee hearing on strategies to address flooding and other severe weather risks related to climate change. The Eastwick community in Young's district along with nearby communities in Delaware County are flood prone and continue to sustain damage as the effects of climate change worsen.
