						|  Highlighting the Healthcare Access and Affordability Crisis |

						|
I joined Congressman Chris Deluzio, Allegheny County Executive Sara Innamorato, and fellow physician Dr. Paula Jernigan to highlight and explain the crisis we are seeing in healthcare across our region and state.   The policy choice to allow tax credits to expire that help hundreds of thousands of our fellow Pennsylvanians obtain health insurance coverage from the Pennsylvania Insurance Exchange under the Affordable Care Act is outrageous and threatens lives. Rep. Deluzio and Congressional Democrats are correct to fight to renew these tax credits and protect healthcare access. You can read more in CBS, WESA, and Union Progress. |

Jamie Flick to introduce bipartisan legislation, H.B. 1974, to establish a grant program to support contingency management, a proven method for addressing this disorder. |
