PA Legislative Black Caucus Vice Chair Darisha Parker calls her colleagues to action as she commemorates the legacy of Speaker K. Leroy Irvis. The annual K. Leroy Irvis Days of Action event brings legislators and advocates together to discuss issues impacting the Black community and make their voices heard on matters of social justice.
