Rep. Sean M Dougherty September 17, 2026 | 4:11 PM
HARRISBURG, Sept. 17 – State Rep. Sean Dougherty, D-Phila., announced today that more than $1.1 million in state funding has been awarded to two projects in his legislative district. Dougherty helped secure the funding through the state’s Local Share Account program.
The two projects include:
"PATH and Temple University Hospital Jeanes Campus are two organizations whose work not only improves lives but saves lives," Dougherty said. "Their contributions to so many of my neighbors are invaluable. I am beyond proud to help secure this funding for these two critical projects."
The Local Share Account program is funded through revenue generated by gaming and is administered by the Commonwealth Financing Authority to support projects that enhance economic development, public infrastructure, and community vitality.
