Waxman: Bringing Life Science Businesses to Center City

Center City Philadelphia currently has a surplus of empty office space and Pa. state Rep. Ben Waxman is looking to the life science industry to fill those spaces. He questioned Secretary of Department of Community & Economic Development Rick Siger about how his agency would invest state funds to bring these needed jobs to Philly and communities across the commonwealth.
