Request a review of denied insurance claims

Pennsylvania consumers with commercial health insurance can now ask for a review of denied health insurance claims. The Independent External Review allows you to share why your request should be covered. I-80 update
We are awaiting independent test results from a soil sample submitted by Stroudsburg Borough on whether there is a vernal pool or wetlands on the site of the I-80 construction project. PennDOT said this is “delineated water," but recent observance by a wildlife biologist appears to suggest that is not the case. If wetlands are discovered, a 75-foot setback would be required. I will keep you posted.

I love being back at East Stroudsburg High School. Thank you, Mr. Healey, for again gathering an amazing group of women and legislators for your annual Women’s History Month Panel. The theme was “Finding the Courage to Create and Follow Your Own Path.” Talking to the students was the best part of this day. I will always bleed purple!
