Beyond History: Framing the Past, Shaping the Future

This fall marks 10 years of the Western Pennsylvania Disability History and Action Consortium's work in preserving, sharing, and advancing the disability history of our region. Beyond History: Framing the Past, Shaping the Future will be an evening that honors the past, spotlights present-day advocates, and looks boldly toward a more inclusive future. Northside Sandwich Week

Understanding Veterans & Military Culture

Join retired Army Colonel and mental health professional Thomas Stokes as he shares his story as a Mental Health Officer in Afghanistan. Colonel Stokes will share the lessons he learned about veterans and members of the Military Community's challenges and needs, as well as help us all learn how we can better relate to and connect with our Veterans and Military family members.
