Pa. State Rep. Josh Siegel joined the Pennsylvania Waste Industry Association and other advocates to support Siegel's legislation, HB 2241, that would assist battery manufacturers in creating a statewide stewardship program for safe disposal of lithium-ion batteries, as well as public education for proper disposal.
