In recognition for her work to end the puppy mill pipeline, Pa. state Rep. Jeanne McNeill was awarded the Victoria’s Champion Awards by the United States Humane Society. McNeill says she has seen the results of puppy mill abuse and neglect and she vows to never stop fighting to end that cruelty in Commonwealth.
