Celebrating community at National Night Out

National Night Out 2026

What a great night! Thank you 8th District Police Advisory Council for inviting us to another successful night out. It was a pleasure to see so many members of the community join us for some fun.

We’re always working for you!

Make your voice heard by voting

Elections happen more than every four years and every vote matters to make change happen. Make sure you’re registered, that your registration is up-to-date and you know where your polling place is.

Not voting is a missed opportunity to select the candidates that will fight for you and your best interests.

Supporting our Veterans

No veteran should face hardship alone. The Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs' Veterans Temporary Assistance program offers eligible veterans and surviving dependents support for essentials—food, shelter, fuel, clothing—up to $1,600 in a 12-month period. Since the program's launch, it has delivered $8.6 million in aid to 9,650+ service members, veterans, and families. To learn more, click here.

LIHEAP supplemental payment

Households that received LIHEAP during the 2025-26 season and include at least one family member who has a disability, is age 60 or older, or is a child under the age of 6, are scheduled to receive a $100 supplemental payment from LIHEAP. Supplemental payments are being distributed directly to PECO or PGW. Eligible households will receive the benefit automatically and do not need to apply.
