McNeill: Early Termination Fees on Leased Vehicles

PA state Rep. Jeanne McNeill's legislation to prohibit early termination fees on leased vehicles for medical reasons has successfully passed the #PAHouse. The bill would relieve individuals diagnosed as medically unfit to drive from the financial burden of paying termination fees for a vehicle they can no longer operate legally. Lessees would still be responsible for any damage or mileage overage fees upon return of the vehicle.
