McNeill’s office to hold monthly veterans assistance May 18

WHITEHALL, May 15 – State Rep. Jeanne McNeill is alerting local veterans that her next monthly support program will be held Monday, May 18 at her district office in Whitehall.

A representative from the American Legion will be available for appointments at McNeill’s district office, 1080 Schadt Ave. Appointments are available between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

The service officer will be available to assist veterans and their families with benefits and services available to them. The representative will also be available to discuss pensions and other compensation, as well as education, healthcare and death benefits.

Legion membership is not required; however, anyone interested in speaking with the adviser should schedule appointments by contacting McNeill’s office at (610) 266-1273.
