Sen. Tim Kearney and the Delaware County State Legislative Delegation has partnered with PennDOT to host an informational webinar on April 22 at 6:00 p.m. to help residents better understand the REAL ID requirements.

Beginning May 7, 2025, Pennsylvanians will need a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license/photo ID card, or another form of federally acceptable identification (such as a valid passport or military ID) to board a domestic commercial flight or enter a federal building or military installation that requires ID.

The Property Tax Rent Rebate program is open!

The rebate program benefits eligible Pennsylvanians 65 or older; widows and widowers 50 or older; and people with disabilities 18 or older.

This year, eligible applicants will receive a one-time bonus Property Tax/Rent Rebate payment, which is 70% of the original rebate amount for every claimant who’s been approved for a rebate on rent or property taxes paid in 2024.

Applications can be filed online at mypath.pa.gov.
