Children's Bike Safety Event

State Rep. Joe McAndrew, in cooperation with Jamar Place of Peace 501C3 and the United Way, is sponsoring a free Children’s Bike Safety Event on Saturday, July 11, from 10 AM to Noon at Petra Ministries Church (near U Pull ‘n’ Pay), 235 Eastgate Dr., Pittsburgh, PA 15235.

There will be bike safety handouts, family fun, and refreshments.

Jamar Place of Peace will also be holding a free drawing for 45 boys’ and girls’ bikes for children ages 7-9. The drawing will begin promptly at 11:15 AM.

REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY.

Registration forms must be received by 4 PM on Thursday, July 9.

WINNERS MUST BE PRESENT and prepared to take the bicycle home with them.

A PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST REMAIN WITH THE CHILD THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE EVENT.
