Kosierowski: We Must Step Up Now and Do What’s Right

Pa. state Rep. Bridget M. Kosierowski vows to continue advocating for advancement of legislation to address the staffing crisis impacting long-term care facilities in Lackawanna County and across the Commonwealth. A registered nurse prior to becoming a legislator, she believes that healthcare workers should be compensated appropriately for their work so that they don’t abandon the profession. She has proposed legislation that would address the staffing crisis and provide retention incentives to those working in the healthcare field.
